Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 01/10/2025. The inspection started at 9 am and concluded at 10 am. There were (2) children present and (1) caregiver; the point total was (1). The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (5) caregiver/household members records on-site on 01/10/2025.
