An unannounced annual shsi inspection was conducted on 11/15/22. The vendor was present with 3 children in care, a total of 8 points. One child was napping and two other children were playing during the inspection. Reviewed paperwork for 2 children as well as the provider records.
Lots of interaction between the children and the vendor.
No violations were cited during this inspection.
