Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety annual inspection was conducted on 7/24/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:00 am and ended at 9:25 am. There were 3 children present directly supervised by the vendor at the time of inspection. The home, children?s records, vendor record, emergency procedures and supplies were reviewed. There was no medication on site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, potentially poisonous substances such as cleaning agents, disinfectants, and plant care chemicals were stored in an area that was not inaccessible to children.
Evidence: The cabinet under the kitchen sink contained potentially poisonous materials stored in an area that was not inaccessible to children. Items included but not limited to, Odoban disinfectant/cleaner, Fantastic cleaner, acidic toilet cleaner, Dawn detergent, and other cleaning agents.
Plan of Correction: I will put a lock device back on the cabinet. Violation was corrected during the inspection.
