Standard 8VAC20-790-410-A
Based on observation and interview, the family day home did not have a first aid kit that contains at a minimum a digital thermometer.
Evidence:
1. The first aid kit did not have an operable thermometer.
2. The provider confirmed two different thermometers were not operable.
Plan of Correction: I will go to the store today and buy a new thermometer. I didn't know they were not working.
