Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on July 17, 2025. The inspection started at 8:55am and concluded at 9:50am. There was no children present and one caregiver; the point total was zero. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and three caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
