Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/17/2022 to review health and safety requirements. Three children were in care and observed actively playing and interacting with he provider. Violations were found during the subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
