A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today between 9:40am and 10:10am. There were three children receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, 3 children's records, the vendor's record, and 1 household member record were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. There were no areas of noncompliance cited during this inspection.
