A subsidy health and safety inspection 02/25/2025 was initiated on and completed on 02/25/2025. The inspection started at 11:30am and concluded at 11:50am in response to a planned relocation of the vendor. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 4. The inspector reviewed the home and emergency plans.
