A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 1/12/2023 from 12:20pm through 1:15pm. There were 3 children directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, activities and interactions with children, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were inspected. Three children's records, vendor information and household member information was reviewed.
