A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 10/27/2023 from 11:40m through 12:15pm. The was 1 children directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, activities and interactions with children, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were inspected. One children record, vendor information and household member information was reviewed.
