Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on June 28, 2023, beginning at 9:45am and ending at 10:30am. No children were in attendance at the time of inspection. Required background searches, training certificates, and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. No medication on sight. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor. 2. The vendor acknowledged Child #1 was missing information in their file.
Evidence:
1. There was no documentation of an evacuation drill practiced for the months of April and May 2023.
2. The vendor acknowledged the evacuation drills were not practiced in April and May.
