A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on June 21, 2024, between 10:30am - 11:15am. There were 2 children receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, the vendors record, and 3 household member's records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Areas of non-compliance can be found on the violation notice.
