An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 3/15/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office regarding programs. Follow-up interviews were held on 3/17/2023. Staff interviews and observations were conducted. Documentation, including children's records, staff records, and incident reports were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
