Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 4/21/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 4/6/2023, regarding allegations in the areas of supervision, administration and programs. Interviews with the center administration and staff were conducted, the outdoor area and equipment were inspected, documentation of children's records, staff records, and injury reports were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
