An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 4/21/2023, from 2:10pm to 4:00pm in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 04/17/2023, regarding programs. Based upon staff interviews, and records reviewed, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation. The complaint is deemed not valid.
