Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on June 5, 2025 and completed on June 9, 2025 with Child Protective Services in response to a self report received by the licensing office on June 2, 2025 relating to allegations of physical abuse. The inspector reviewed one child's record and two staff records on-site on June 5, 2025. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
