Inspector Notes
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 7 children present (16 points) with 2 caregivers. The children were resting during the inspection.
3 child and 7 caregiver and household member records were reviewed.
Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, fridge temperature, and crib/cot spacing were all in compliance.

5Evidence:
6 of 7 records reviewed did not contain documentation of repeated background searches within 5 years. Central Registry Searches (CPS) for caregivers and household members are all dated 1/11/17 (expired), (Caregivers A, B; Household Members C, D, E,F)
Evidence:
The cushion in use is a soft sided, and not able to be cleaned and sanitized at least weekly.

4 children resting on cots did not have a top cover in use.
1 child had no top or bottom cover.

2 of 3 child records reviewed did not contain documentation of the decision to administer medication. (Children 1,3)
Evidence:
The freezer temperature registered 13 degrees F on the thermometer in the freezer.
