Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There is one child present (2 points) with 1 caregiver.
1 child and 7 adult/household/caregiver records were reviewed. All were complete.
Emergency evacuations drills, first aid and emergency supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, bathroom supplies and the menu are all in compliance.
Violation discussed with provider: posted license is expired.
Outside time for children in care consists of neighborhood walks while the backyard is cleaned up and organized.
