Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Three caregivers were present with eleven daycare children and one household member infant for thirty seven points which is within ratios for supervision. The children are split into 3 groups to minimize exposure to COVID. Observed infants sleeping and being fed, outside play time, free play with mats/forts and transition to hand washing and snack. Lunch to be served today was chicken noddle soup, crackers, fruit and milk. All emergency preparation is current. No medication was reported to be on-site today. Reviewed 2 caregiver records, 3 children's records, training certificates and physical space. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
