Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 6 children (14pts) with 2 staff present. The children were preparing for morning snack with staff when the Licensing Inspector arrived. Walk thru of the program area, crib room, utility room and outdoor area was completed. No medication needs onsite. Some topical ointments onsite. A total of 4 children's records, all staff and 2 household member records were reviewed. Thank you for your cooperation today. 2Evidence:
A temperature reading was taken from the bathroom sink located next to the crib room. The temperature reading was measured at 130 degrees.
Evidence:
The step on pale used to dispose soiled diapers does not close automatically. Staff are required to close the lid using their hands.
