Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/27/22 from 10:30am - 11:30am. During the inspection there were 8 children ages three years old through five years old in care with four staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the classrooms. Records were reviewed for five children and two staff. In addition, medication, emergency procedures and emergency supplies were reviewed during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
