Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at the Zabair FDH located in Herndon, Virginia. This inspection was conducted on 12/01/2021, between the hours of 10 am through 11:30 am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An Unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
