Inspector Notes
This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 12/01/2023, between the hours of 10 am to 12 pm. There were 2 children present (6 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 1 caregiver supervising. The children were engaged in the following: art, games, toy play, learning, nurturing, story time, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 4 children records, 1 staff file, and 5 adult Household Member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there were (4) non-compliances with the applicable standards. These violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the home.

1. On the date of inspection (12/01/2023), the following household members (HM) had outdated TB documentation on file: HM #1 (dated - 11/22/2021), HM #2 (dated - 11/27/21), and HM #4 (dated - 11/22/2021).
2. The Provider stated that an appointment to update this documentation has already been scheduled for later this month.
