8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning 8:06 AM and ending at 9:20 AM. There were 36 children, ages 5 through 11 years old, in the care of 4 staff. The children were observed playing and eating breakfast. Breakfast consisted of ham and cheese croissants or cereal and milk. Five children's records were reviewed. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Three medications were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown was documented as 9/27/21. The most recent fire inspection was dated 12/19/18. The most health inspection was dated 5/4/21.
