Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/29/2021 and concluded on 11/30/2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were (#) children present and (#) staff. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (#) children?s records and (#) staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a record review and interview the center did not ensure when food was provided the most recent USDA nutritional requirements.
Evidence:
The menu did not have milk being served to the children. The director confirmed that it is not served everyday with meals and snacks.
Plan of Correction: The director will review the most up-to-date USDA requirements and implement them in the future meals and snacks.
