An unannounced inspection was conducted today.
There were 4 children (10 points) with one caregiver present (including 2 resident children)
Children were observed playing with a variety of toys, washing hands and finishing a meal.
2 child and one caregiver records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.
Violations were reviewed with the vendor.
