An unannounced visit was conducted today.
There were 3 children present (8 points) with one caregiver.
Children were observed being bottle fed, and playing with toys and age appropriate equipment.
Violations cited today were reviewed with the caregiver.
Inspector was present today from 12:00 PM - 12:55PM.

Vendor stated no written attendance was kept for the month of May.
