No soft bedding of any kind shall be used under or around infants including, but not limited to, pillows, quilts, comforters, sheepskins, or stuffed toys.
One infant under two years was observed sleeping in a crib with a pillow.
One infant under two years was observed sleeping in a crib with a stuffed animal.
One infant under two years was observed sleeping in a crib with a pillow.
One infant under two years was observed sleeping in a crib with a stuffed animal.
Plan of Correction: From that very moment, the pillow and stuffed animal were removed from the two children's crib, and the future we will make sure that the children do not have any of these objects in their cribs when they sleep.
