Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/31/2023 from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. There were 25 children in care, ages one month to five years, in four groups under the care of five staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three children?s records, three staff records, and other program records. The children were observed on the having lunch, washing hands, napping, and free play indoors.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that a diapering table were used only changing diapers.
