Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider, who was present with an infant, two toddlers, a 2 year old and 4 year old for a total of 14 points. The inspection took place from 1:40 pm to 2:35 pm.
First Aid/CPR is through American Safety Health Institute and is effective 2/25/23 to 2/25/ 25. The areas of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.

Based on a review of the monthly escape drill log and interview, it was determined that emergency evacuation drills have not be practiced monthly.
