Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today with the provider from 12:15 pm to 12:55 pm. There were four children present between the ages of 1 to 2 years for a total of 12 points. The children had finished lunch, which consisted of chicken meatballs in a tomato sauce, lentils, bananas rice and milk. There have been no injuries/accidents. The provider does not administer medication nor transports.
Four household member's files were reviewed as well as four children's files. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
