Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 06/13/2023, between the hours of approximately 10:00 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. There was 1 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. An inspection of the physical plant was completed. Required background
searches were reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance
