An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on August 8, 2024 between the hours of approximately 11:50 a.m. and 1:05 p.m. There were 2 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. Required background searches, training certificates, children's and vendor records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on (date). A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The vendor shall maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that
documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. There was no written hard copy record of daily attendance for June 11, 2024 to August 8, 2024.
