Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/12/2024 and completed on 11/12/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/8/2024 relating to allegations of child abuse and forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records 11/12/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
