A subsidy inspection was initiated on 10/28/2022 . A licensing inspection was conducted on the same
date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure all staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment current certification in cardiopulmonary reuscitiation appropriate to the ages of children in care.

Evidence:
During the inspection Staff #3 (employment date 06/13/2022) did not have a current certification in CPR with in 90 days from employment.
