Inspector Notes

A unannounced mandates monitoring inspection was initiated on March 8, 2024 from 12:25pm - 1:30pm . There were 51 children with 9 staff present. Preschool children were observed during nap time and school agers were participating in multiple activites. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, staff qualifications and training, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Outside area and vehicles were inspected.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
