Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 6/12/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:45 pm and ended at 5:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
