Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated, along with licensing inspector Laura Brindle, on 2/26/24 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. in response to the center self-reporting an incident related to supervision. Interviews were conducted, a classroom observation was conducted, one staff record, and two child records were reviewed. No violations were cited regarding the self-report.
