Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 06/05/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 05/22/2025 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and six staff records on-site and electronically on 06/06/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
