Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, and documents review.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/19/21 and concluded on 11/29/2021. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 36 children present, ranging in ages from infant to preschool age with 13 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and three staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
