Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/24/2023 between the hours of approximately 10:40 a.m. and 11:10 a.m. There were 0 children present with the Provider at the time of inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, and fire drill log were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: The provider did not obtain verification of identity and age for Child #1.
