A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/24/2023, between the hours of approximately 10:40 a.m. and 11:10 a.m., to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 0 children present with the Provider at the time of inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, and fire drill log were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
