Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on February 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 9:25 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: The most recent emergency evacuation drill was practiced on 08/17/2023.
