Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on February 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 9:25 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, the family day home did not keep a written record of children in attendance each day.

Evidence: The most recent record of attendance was dated 10/25/2023.
Plan of Correction: I started the daily record for after school children

Based on record review, the provider did not review with the parent emergency contact information and obtain the parent's signed acknowledgment of the review for 3 out of 3 children.

Evidence:

2. The most recent review of Child #2's emergency contact information was dated 10/22/2022.
3. The most recent review of Child #3's emergency contact information was dated 10/20/2022.
