Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on February 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 9:25 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
