The family day home exceeded their licensed capacity until the eighth child left the family day home at approximately 10:20 a.m. The children were observed finishing a snack and engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children, caregiver and household member records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection.
