Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 23 2022 between 10:45am and 11:30am. There were 12 children in the direct care of 3 staff members. Provider staff record, a sampling of children's records, the physical plant, the emergency plan, and the evacuation drill log was observed and inspected.
