Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 28 2023 between 11:50am and 1:00pm. There were 6 children in the direct care of 2 caregivers. A review of evacuations, attendance records, the physical space, child records and a caregiver record was conducted. A violation is listed on the violation notice.
