Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 11 2024 between 1:00pm and 1:50pm. There were 8 children (16 points) of the provider. Children were observed napping. The home is clean and organized. A review of the provider record, household records, background checks, child records, and the home was conducted. The citation is listed on the violation notice.
