During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on October 28 2024 and completed on October 28 2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:00pm and ended at 2:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 12. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 caregiver records on-site.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Every agent of an applicant for licensure as a family day home, t the time of application who is or will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the child day center, family day home, or family day system or who is or will be alone with, in control of, or supervising one or more of the children; shall undergo a background check in accordance with subsection B prior to issuance of a license as a child day center, family day home, or family day system, registration as a family day home, or approval as a family day home by a family day system and every five years thereafter.
