Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring was conducted on October 28, 2022 from approximately 9:40 am-11:11 am. There were 26 children present upon arrival with 6 staff members. Additional administrative staff were present. Children were observed classes playing with play doh, eating a morning snack , story time and dancing. Three staff records and three children's records reviewes . Licensing Inspector
reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.

Information gathered during the inspection determined the center is in compliance and there are no violations issued to the program.
